This Return Policy explains how returns are handled for services, digital products, software, SaaS subscriptions, and other offerings provided by Solution Clime.

Because Solution Clime primarily provides digital services, custom software, websites, mobile apps, cloud solutions, SEO services, consultancy, digital products, and SaaS products, most purchases are not physical goods and are generally not returnable.

2. Services, digital products, software, SaaS subscriptions, consulting, SEO services, cloud services, website development, app development, and custom development work are generally not returnable once purchased, activated, accessed, delivered, downloaded, or started.
   b. Returns are not applicable to completed work, partially completed work, consultation time, project planning, research, design, development, deployment, support, maintenance, or third-party costs.
   c. If any physical item is ever provided as part of a specific service package, the return terms for that item will be stated separately in the applicable quotation, invoice, or agreement.
3. SEO Pilot Return Policy

SEO Pilot is a SaaS product and is strictly non-returnable.

Once a user subscribes to SEO Pilot, creates an account, activates a plan, accesses the dashboard, uses platform features, generates content, connects a website, uses SEO tools, or starts a billing period, the purchase is considered final and cannot be returned.

This applies to:

1. Monthly subscriptions.
   b. Yearly subscriptions.
   c. Promotional plans.
   d. Discounted plans.
   e. Trial-to-paid subscriptions.
   f. Add-ons, credits, usage-based features, or extra services.
   g. AI content generation, SEO audits, backlink features, analytics, publishing, or automation tools.
2. Custom Software, Website, App, and Development Services

Custom project work cannot be returned because it involves time, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, communication, and resource allocation.

This includes:

1. Custom software development.
   b. Website development.
   c. Mobile app development.
   d. ERP, CRM, HRM, SaaS, and API development.
   e. UI/UX design.
   f. Cloud setup, migration, and DevOps work.
   g. Maintenance, support, and technical assistance.
   h. Consultancy and business technology advisory.
2. Digital Products and Pre-Built Solutions

Digital products, templates, software systems, scripts, licenses, downloadable materials, or pre-built business solutions are non-returnable once delivered, downloaded, accessed, installed, transferred, or activated.

5. SEO and Marketing Services

SEO and marketing services cannot be returned because they involve strategy, research, technical work, optimization, reporting, content planning, link building activities, analytics review, and professional time.

This includes:

1. SEO audits.
   b. Keyword research.
   c. Technical SEO work.
   d. On-page SEO.
   e. Local SEO.
   f. Link building services.
   g. Content planning.
   h. SEO consultancy.
   i. Analytics and reporting.
2. Third-Party Products and Services

Products or services purchased from third parties, including hosting, domains, SSL certificates, plugins, themes, APIs, cloud services, app store fees, paid tools, AI providers, payment gateways, or external software licenses, are subject to the return policies of those third parties.

Solution Clime cannot guarantee returns for third-party products or services.

7. Incorrect Purchase or Duplicate Order

If you believe you made an incorrect purchase, duplicate payment, or accidental order, contact us immediately at [email protected].

We may review the case at our discretion. However, review does not guarantee return, cancellation, credit, or refund, especially if the service has already started, the product has been accessed, or a subscription has been activated.
