This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases, subscriptions, services, products, and digital solutions provided by Solution Clime.
By purchasing a service, subscribing to a product, paying an invoice, or using any Solution Clime platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
- General Refund Policy
Solution Clime provides digital services, custom development, consultancy, SEO services, cloud solutions, software products, and SaaS platforms. Because these involve professional time, resource allocation, digital access, custom work, and non-recoverable costs, payments are generally non-refundable unless expressly stated in writing.
Refunds, if any, are granted only at the sole discretion of Solution Clime or where required by applicable law.
- SEO Pilot Refund Policy
SEO Pilot is strictly non-refundable.
All SEO Pilot payments are final. No refund will be provided once a user:
- Subscribes to a paid plan.
b. Starts a billing period.
c. Activates an account.
d. Accesses the dashboard.
e. Uses any SEO Pilot feature.
f. Generates AI content.
g. Connects a website.
h. Runs SEO audits.
i. Uses backlink, analytics, publishing, automation, or reporting features.
j. Purchases add-ons, credits, usage-based features, or extra services.
This non-refundable policy applies to:
- Monthly plans.
b. Annual plans.
c. Promotional offers.
d. Discounted subscriptions.
e. Trial-to-paid subscriptions.
f. Add-ons and feature credits.
g. Unused time in an active billing cycle.
h. Account cancellation after payment.
i. Failure to use the service after purchase.
j. Dissatisfaction with SEO results, ranking changes, traffic changes, AI output, or third-party platform performance.
SEO Pilot does not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic growth, backlink permanence, indexing, revenue, leads, conversions, or business results.
- Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your SEO Pilot subscription according to the cancellation option available in your account or by contacting support.
b. Cancellation stops future billing where applicable, but it does not create a right to refund past payments or unused time in the current billing period.
c. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated in the plan.
d. We may suspend or terminate access for payment failure, misuse, abuse, violation of Terms, security risk, or illegal activity. - Custom Project Refunds
For custom software, website, app, cloud, SEO, or consultancy projects:
- Advance payments, booking fees, discovery fees, planning fees, design fees, development fees, milestone payments, and consultation fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
b. If a client cancels a project after work has started, the client must pay for all completed work, time spent, resources allocated, third-party costs, and approved milestones.
c. If the amount paid exceeds the value of completed work and non-recoverable costs, Solution Clime may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, service credit, or adjustment.
d. No refund will be provided for delays caused by the client, including delayed feedback, missing materials, late approvals, change requests, unavailable access, or delayed communication.
e. No refund will be provided for dissatisfaction caused by a change in client preference after approval of design, scope, feature list, milestone, or deliverable. - Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- SEO Pilot subscriptions, add-ons, credits, or usage-based charges.
b. Completed services.
c. Partially completed services.
d. Consultation, discovery, planning, and strategy sessions.
e. Custom software development.
f. Website and mobile app development.
g. UI/UX design work.
h. SEO audits, SEO campaigns, keyword research, technical SEO, content planning, and link building services.
i. Cloud setup, migration, DevOps, hosting configuration, and maintenance work.
j. Digital products, downloadable products, scripts, templates, licenses, or pre-built solutions after access or delivery.
k. Domain, hosting, SSL, plugin, theme, API, cloud, app store, AI provider, advertising, payment gateway, or third-party fees.
l. Emergency support, bug fixing, maintenance, and technical support fees.
m. Bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion fees, taxes, VAT, or government charges. - Duplicate Payment or Billing Error
If you believe you were charged twice or paid by mistake, contact us at [email protected] with payment proof.
We may review and verify the transaction. If a duplicate payment or billing error is confirmed, we may issue a refund, adjustment, or service credit after deducting any applicable gateway, bank, tax, or administrative charges where permitted.
- Failed or Interrupted Third-Party Services
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Hosting or cloud provider outages.
b. Domain registrar issues.
c. Payment gateway failure.
d. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, app store, API, or external platform limitations.
e. Search engine algorithm updates.
f. AI provider downtime or output limitations.
g. Third-party plugin, theme, or software conflicts.
h. Client-side server, device, browser, internet, or access issues. - Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we can review the issue.
If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we may suspend services, terminate access, recover outstanding amounts, and provide relevant project records, access logs, invoices, communication history, and service evidence to the payment processor or financial institution.
- Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
b. Processing time may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or financial service provider.
c. Transaction fees, bank charges, gateway charges, taxes, currency conversion costs, and administrative costs may be deducted where applicable.
d. Refund approval does not waive any unpaid amount owed for completed work, third-party costs, or services already provided. - Policy Changes
Solution Clime may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services, website, or SaaS products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Refund Policy.
